Aliens

I do not believe that there are physical alien beings visiting our planet. But I don’t know of sure of course. I would like it if was true, but there seems to be massive lack of convincing evidence and (more important) there is too much manipulative information on the market.
Almost every article, book and video on aliens uses images from Hollywood movies, scifi comics or well known fake pictures. This constant mix of true and false works as a brainwash. When I began to separate in my mind the data that i really knew to be 100% true from all the other data, I ended up with nothing that could stand any serious doubting.
Maybe aliens are not the best example for what I am trying to get across here. Atlantis is a better example. All that is really “known” about Atlantis is the two times the name is mentioned in books by Plato. Everything else that we “know” about Atlantis comes from movies, fiction, speculation, wishful thinking and plain fraud.
I think that if there are aliens among us, it is much more likely that they are somewhere in our mind or in our genes. But even that is pure speculation.
