I find Ken Wilber’s books difficult to read, because they are too academic and theoretical for me. But I read the book that he wrote after the death of his wife with more than interest. One of his famous one-liners is: “If you want to know God, you’ve got to get your brain out of the way first. It’s just one big stupid filter.” In this video he shows that the results of meditation can be measured.
