Last week Hans van Dalfsen brought me a pile of flexi records. They came from Arend Jan Heerma van Voss, who asked Hans to give them to me. People sometimes ask me how I get such an amazing collection of flexi records, but they often don’t believe me when I say that many are given to me.
Among the records is a one sided flexi from Sticusa, an organisation that promoted Surinam and the Dutch Antilles. I guess that it were basically schools that made use of the material they offered for free: books, records, photo’s, slides, cassette tapes, etcetera.

The five songs on the record are all incomplete, but because this probably is all there ever is recorded of these bands, I am very happy with this record:
