Ruud Hulleman

Sunday, 21 December 2008

I visited Ruud Hulleman this week. He has been a source of inspiration for me for a long time, but he is also a comic character in the weekly comic “Willem” that Aloys Oosterwijk makes for Panorama:

I went home from Ruud’s palce with a plastic bag full of goodies: a DVD with the documanetary about Betty Page, the new book by Raymond Moody(about communicating with dead people by using mirrors) and a CD with some demo tunes that Ruud has made himself on his computer.
If I felt better, I would write more about it, but I will leave that for another time. Here is ”Ghosts in the mirror” by The Hulleman Home Orchestra:

And it`s all girls that plays the violin. What are you doing besides directing this fabulous orchestra Ruud? How do you keep them sharp?
