Once or twice a year i meet Hans Hasebos at a birthday party at his sister’s house. Hans is a musican who operates outside the small field of music that gets the attention of the regular media. Every now and then i get to hear some his music through his sister. And tonight i bought his new CD:

The CD is presented as the work of a band, but i think it is mainly the work of Hans, with the help of some friends.
Hans asked if would like to say which song i liked best, and that turned out to be fairly easy: “Smulle goes to town”. The music is pretty eclectic, so this song is not representative for the rest of the CD. It is the only instrumental track on the CD, but if i were a record label boss i would choose this as a 45:
