There is something about the glitterpop from the seventies that excites me more than any other kind of music. It is a combination of the sound, the lust-for-life-attitude and the energy. When this music changed into punkrock, the music got a more aggressive vibe. That is interesting too, but I prefer the more optimistic mood that characterises the glitterpop bands.
